ACCOUNTS CLERK – Boksburg – Gauteng
The successful applicant will be assisting and providing administrative support to the Financial Manager.
The successful applicant will be familiar with:
Microsoft Office Suite, and be particularly proficient in Excel as well as Pastel Partner.
Debtors and Creditors function, including complex reconciliations.
Accounting procedures and accurate data capture.
The successful applicant will be detailed orientated, have strong inter-personal written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and be able to work accurately under pressure.
Responsibilities will include:
Ability to maintain detailed records and ensure all finance related documents are filed and stored according to company policy and procedures, and maintain detailed and organized files.
Minute taking and distribution of all financial meetings.
Applicants to provide a copy of their matric certificate, and any diplomas if applicable.
Own transport is a requirement.
