Project Managers (Full time) for CAPE TOWN.
PM must-have design and build experience (commercial market)
• Qualification: University B.Sc or tech or similar.
• Complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the construction process.
• Previous experience in the Design & Build, Commercial sector (Potentialcandidates will NOT be considered unless they have prior experience)
• At least 3-5 years’ experience.
• Experience in running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication & management skills
• Good eye for detail
• Have own transport
• Highly motivated
• Able to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
• Engage & communicate with clients directly.
• Effectively manage the entire fit-out process from inception to completion.
• Compile detailed project plans & implement (Computer literate, MS Projects,Smartsheet etc)
• Manage all elements and components of the fit-out process.
• Engage and manage contractors onsite.
• Budget management & cost reporting.
• Manage Procurement.
• Prepare weekly reports.
• Effectively manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Able to work well within a team-based environment
• Meet project deadlines
